Service Terms & Damage Policy

Version 1.0

Service Terms & Damage Policy Authorization You confirm that you own the vehicle or have authority from its owner to request the selected service. Identification and proof of authority may be required, especially for a lockout. A request is not accepted until the provider confirms acceptance. ETA is an estimate and can change with traffic, safety conditions, and other jobs. Vehicle condition Tell the provider about existing damage, previous repairs, alarms, aftermarket equipment, and known mechanical or electrical problems before work begins. Existing damage and unrelated faults are not repaired by this service. The provider may document vehicle condition with photos for the service record. Jump starts Weak or damaged batteries and existing electrical faults may prevent a successful jump start. Electrical systems can be sensitive to improper connections or existing defects. Manufacturer procedures and safe access are required. A successful start does not establish battery or charging-system health; further diagnosis may be needed. Vehicle lockouts Entry work can involve risk to weather seals, trim, locks, glass, and electronic systems. Tell the provider about existing damage and modifications. Service may be refused if lawful authority cannot be established or an appropriate safe method is unavailable. Tire and spare requirements You must have a suitable, usable spare, required wheel-lock key, and accessible components. Damaged studs, seized fasteners, an unsafe lifting surface, or an unsuitable spare may prevent completion. Follow the spare tire manufacturer's speed and distance limits and arrange appropriate tire repair promptly. Fuel delivery Confirm the correct fuel type and vehicle location. Fuel quantity, fuel cost, and any delivery charge will be explained before delivery. Contaminated fuel systems, incorrect customer information, or unrelated faults may prevent the vehicle from starting. No fuel will be transferred in unsafe conditions. Safe service and refusal Move to a safe location if possible without putting yourself or others at risk. Stay clear of traffic. Call 911 for an immediate threat to life or safety. The provider may refuse, pause, or stop work when traffic, weather, vehicle condition, threats, access, or other conditions make work unsafe. This service does not include towing and does not guarantee permanent repair. Pricing and payment Displayed starting prices are estimates, not guaranteed totals. Additional work or charges must be discussed with you before proceeding. The final total is determined after service. Payment is due after completion by the payment methods displayed at booking. If service cannot be completed, any agreed call-out or attempted-service charge must have been disclosed and accepted beforehand; no such fee is implied by these terms. Responsibility and concerns Please report a concern or suspected service-related damage promptly so it can be documented and reviewed. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse negligent work, or waive rights available under applicable law. Request communications and information Your contact, vehicle, and location information is used to manage your request, provide service updates, and maintain business records. Communication consent covers this request, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Public tracking is available for 24 hours; business records remain retained. Contact the business about your information. Do not share your tracking link or confirmation code.
